When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (not on Bank Holidays), usually within five working days of order.

Why is my payment not being processed?

We accept Visa Debit and Visa Credit Cards. Some types of credit cards are not accepted. 

How far ahead should I order a golf pass?

We suggest ordering a minimum of two weeks prior to travel.

How many golf passes do I need to order?

One golf pass per person. All passes are checked at the golf clubs.

Where can I buy a golf pass?

On our online shop or by phoning 01492 539055.

Does the price of golf passes increase?

The price of a golf pass may increase at any time.

Do you have other maps of North Wales in stock?
